I went for a 67 minute long walk today and had an average Hr of 109. It shows 0 calories burned. Do I have to have a higher Hr for it to recognized calories burned?

Hello @Weeze1982, welcome to our Community. It seem this is not a normal behavior. I would like to know more details of this issue to find a solution. I wonder how do you track your exercise? Did you used any of the features of your tracker like MobileRun or Connected GPS?
If you can share a screenshot it will be super-useful to have a closer look to this issue. Also let me know if the issue has happened before or this was one time only.
If the activity was recorded with your tracker, in the meantime I recommend to try with a restart. I saw on your Community's profile that you have Charge 2 so the following post might give you more help.
Keep me posted, I'll be here.
