Calories in is not adding up a total

I recently got my Luxe fitbit and I'm trying to use everything within it to get in shape including the food plan and calorie tracker. After 2 weeks the calories would take a long time to appear, and now they show up in the list of items however it doesn't update a total calories in or show the macronutrients.

 

Help!

Thank you for informing us about the issues you experienced with the calorie tracker.

 

Our team is aware of this issue and is working on a resolution. Once any update be available it should be communicated in this thread. In the meantime please make sure to keep your app up to date.
