does anyone have problems posting on community. I can't post anything keeps saying error

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

 

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I have done all the things you have asked for,but still can't post. I had a
galaxy j 3 and it used to work on that device but its stopped working so
now I have a galaxy S 10 and it still doesn't work this is what i get see
screenshot attached. Many thanks Robert

Hi just to let you know that the problem i had has now been resolved. I
think it worked because of the app update,I had to log out then log back in
and now I can post,but thanks for your help

I had the same problem and after a few weeks it resolved itself. I did not
get a expectation why I could not post

Literally cant respond to another thread that I actually had relevant info for but I could reply to this one. I just get that little do not enter/wrong way sign when I try to reply. logged in. confirmed. Username set. Have been using the fitbit for almost 5 years but I can't reply to these I guess lol
