Dash board and distance graph do not match

Dash board and distance graph do not match, the miles on the dashboard say 6.17 miles and when I click on the miles on the dash board to go to the graph it shows 17 miles distance. I have logged off and back in that obviously didn't work. How do I fix this?

Sorry, but I can't make any sense out of your post.  By "dash board" I assume you mean fitbit.com dashboard.  I click on distance there and does nothing.  So I don't see your "distance graph".

Now I see the numbers you are comparing.  For me they seem to always match up.  Do those generally disagree for you, or was that an unusual situation?

Anything different about days they mismatch? days you used GPS, or manually logged a walk?

Thanks for responding.  This is the only place the numbers don't add up. I have signed out, as well as uninstall the app,  still results are the same.

I don't see the same thing, and I have no recommendations on how to fix it. But this appears to be a metric/imperial unit conversion issue...4.45miles is approximately equal to 7.15km.

Agreed.  I didn't catch that before.  There has been a long-standing issue of confusion between miles and km for when daily distance goal is met.
