Calories in not counting

Husband and I just received the Sensa 2 three days ago. Entered all the foods I've eaten. Each item is logged and is showing under the daily list but is not showing as a total Calories In at the top so it keeps saying I'm under budget. 

I am using a Samsung Galaxy 10s, have force stopped the fitbit app, restarted phone, and resynced but still showing as 0 total calories in. He has the same phone, we went through the steps together, and his is showing properly. 

Any help would be appreciated!
