Hey, @SunsetRunner! Welcome to the Forums! If you want to have more calories to eat, you can edit your Food Plan to any other, on your settings, save the changes and sync your tracker. Right under you select the type of Plan intensity that you want, there is an option in blue to "Set your own calorie target", you can try that option too.
Also, if the problem persists you can try to Uninstall/Reinstall the App and it should work normally.

Hey, @SunsetRunner! It is nice to see you around. Hmmm.. are you exercising and eating according to the designated FoodPlan?
The reason I'm asking this is because, once I selected the hardest one, however I was not exercising as much and was eating a little too much, so it automatically lowered the intensity so I don't gain weight.
Also, please provide more information of your situation so I can further assist you. :}
