Calories over / short glitch

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
I'm doing eating plan with 750 calories deficit (kinda hard). Even though I am on plan, the calories over or under shows I'm constantly over because it's thinking I'm doing "hardest" plan.

Calories in/out are the correct. But the line showing how many calories left to eat or over is always wrong.

I've reboot, reset, logged off and on.... And it still does this. On all devices.

Hey, @SunsetRunner! Welcome to the Forums! Heart If you want to have more calories to eat, you can edit your Food Plan to any other, on your settings, save the changes and sync your tracker. Right under you select the type of Plan intensity that you want, there is an option in blue to "Set your own calorie target", you can try that option too.

Also, if the problem persists you can try to Uninstall/Reinstall the App and it should work normally.

Let me know! Cat Very Happy

So basically your answer is to ignore a function that supposed to work. And or make us uninstall and go through this whole effort to correct the problem that the developers should have fixed up front? Has Fitbit development gotten so bad that it's the users have to fix everything now. It's been 6 months and the custom food logging still doesn't work on the Android application. This product stability is fraught with concern

Hello all...
I already did all those fixes before I posted on the forum. The tracker does NOT sync with the food plan I have designated.

Hey, @SunsetRunner! It is nice to see you around. Hmmm.. are you exercising and eating according to the designated FoodPlan? Cat Tongue

The reason I'm asking this is because, once I selected the hardest one, however I was not exercising as much and was eating a little too much, so it automatically lowered the intensity so I don't gain weight.

Also, please provide more information of your situation so I can further assist you. :}
