hi i need help my friend gave me her fitbit as she was no longer using it and it has her badges and  trophies still showing is there away to get rid of them all. ive just earnt the 20k step in a day so not bothered if that one removed any help be appreciated

@Rossarden Thanks for the reply. I also recommend that you contact Fitbit support (click here). You can contact them via chat, email or even phone. They will help you out.

Hi, I am having the same issue with deleting badges. I have contacted support via chat and by phone call and got nowhere. They told me that there is no way for them to delete it or myself. @RodrigoMFitbit please talk to your Fitbit development team and have them add back the option to delete badges online for all users!!
