Can find Bluetooth but not syncing

I have a charge hr synced to an android. I recently swapped dashboards and since then I have been unable to sync. I have followed advice from other posts about restarting phone and fitbit, cleaning up Bluetooth etc I even unpaired in order to start fresh.

So when trying to re add my device my app finds my charge hr, I get all the way up to my charge hr displaying the code I have to copy on to my phone which puts me in an infinite loop back to try again page!! Please help

Hi try this. Found this info on help

This link told you to select your fitbit type and you follow steps. I have a Flex and tried everything to sync and nothing worked. This told me to connect charger to usb port add Flex tablet and on one side was a little pin hole. Used a paper clip and held down for 4 secs. Took out and placed back in band. Pressed sync and all working now. Hope this helps good luck

Welcome to the Forums @KatrinaMilburn. Currently, at the moment of syncing my tracker with my Android phone, I receive a message that says to turn on my location so my phone can find my tracker. Are you receiving this message too? If you are, I recommend turning on your location and try to sync. Once I did this, my tracker synced without an inconvenience.
