Can not load notifications

Just recently I haven't been able to load notifications.  Android. Any ideas? I reloaded the app, cleared the cache and force stopped and restarted phone still doesn't work.

No I gave up. Kept getting runaround from Fitbit. I've been checking my
messages on my web dashboard.

I've tried everything too and nothing has worked. I hope they figure it out

Same for me ..no response from fitbit yet.

Currently having that same issue and tried everything you did the one thing different I will try is to a USB hard boot via my phone.
