I have gotten my fit bit to sync to my galaxy 6 ...or at least it says it is. It will not allow me to access sleep modes or set a timer. I can not update it from my phone...there is no option. I can sign into my account on my laptop but it says no device has been synced. I tried to sync to my computer but failed. I'm pretty lost and not sure what to try next.

Sleep Mode
To change sleep sensitivity:
On Fitbit.com Go to: URL: Click to go to the tracker settings
* There's no save button but the setting will be saved. After the next sync, the new mode will be used.
