Why can I not search for friends or add anyone?

Welcome to the Forums @KPyle62715.

 

Let me help you figure out what is going on and to be able to add friends.

 

The first thing I'd like to ask is for you to share a screenshot of what you see when you are trying to add users.

 

In the meantime, let's try to log out of your account and then force close the app. After that open the app again and log back in, that should help so that the app works correctly.
