I got the fitbit on Tuesday, is synced with my phone just fine, got sleep info next morning. Thursday morning the phone will not sync with the fitbit. I can't get any help from fitbit on what is wrong. My LG g6 is a new phone why would it work one day and not the next?

Syncing problems can happen with fitbits for no apparent reason.
The first thing to try is a restart of your phone and a restart of your fitbit using this procedure:
