Can't Sync my CHARGE HR

My CHARGE HR stopped Syncing about 12 hours ago to my Samsung Galaxy 6 Android, nothing changed it was working fine all day they stopped Syncing. I have restated the phone, Uninstaller the Apple, turned off the data, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi, nothing is helping. Had the Charge for 2 months and was working great.

Mine is doing exactly the same thing.  I'm hoping that it's a server error on their part.

I just rebooted my phone, and it is now syncing fine.  Weird.

This happened to me too. So far no change. I even reset the fitbit to factory settings and am still not able to figure out the problem.

@Rozalia Hmm, I recommend doing what @mando6599 @Kmsalter08 suggested above, restart your phone and also restart the Charge HR. Let me know if any of those things help you get back on track.

i'm having this issue too using xperia z5 compact, i tried turning bluetooth on/off, rebooting my phone, restarting the app, restarting the tracker and nothing has worked so far, I read that other solution is removing the device from the Fitbit app and setup as a new device but i cant do that, it appears a message that says that fitbit.com is unavailable. All day i've been trying to fix this and i just dont know what to do now.... 😞

@ErickFitbit it just comes up with a message that it couldn't connect. I have followed the instructions on the tip sheet but it doesn't seem to help. A little frustrated aa it was working fine and the it isn't.

Thanks, mine hadn't synced for two days. Rebooted my phone and is syncing now!
