Update:
I contacted Fitbir support via phone and they helped me to solve the issue.
I've made the device connection via computer (with fitbit USB key).
After that the Fitbit app on the tablet (Amazon Fire) recognized it and everything was working again.
A note to Fitbit:
I think there may be a problem on the Fitbit app for Android (or, at least, the one available on the Amazon store). I hadn't any problem to add my previous Charge HR, many months ago. Now it seems the device selection screen has problem connecting to Amazon servers. Because my problem wasn't related to devices pairing, but just to reach the page where to choose my Fitbit model in the list (Charge, Aria, Surge, etc.).
As double checking I did the same on another Amazon Fire and the result was identical. The same error about "fitbit.com mainteinance".

Both on mobile internet and wifi, and on both two Amazon Fire I'm trying to install into.
Of course I didn't have any problem with a previous Charge HR I used for months.

@Locksoft Thank you for the update. I'm happy to hear that our Support Team was able to provide you with a workaround for getting back on track.
