I am unable to add anyone onto my fitbit I've tried contacts. Facebook usernames and none are working...

Let me help you figure out what is going on and find a way to resolve it.
The first thing I'd like to do is ask what exactly is happening? Are you getting an error message or not seeing the profiles that you are looking for? Are the invitations not being sent?
It is possible that this is happening because of the friends that you already have in your account. Perhaps you could try removing some friends that you have already in your list and then trying add to see if it works.

Best AnswerI am having this same issue. I have friends that we want to start a challenge and I can't add them. I have them on Facebook and my contacts and still not able to find anyone on the app!

Thanks for answering my questions on the matter and trying the steps I recommended.
@Leanne92 Could it be possible that they are using a different email address to the one that you currently have? Perhaps you could ask them to add you instead? Additionally you could have them share the link to their profile which they can get by clicking on the profile picture on the web Dashboard.
@mmehne If they have not connected their FB account to their Fitbit account, then the FB integration will not be able to find them. Also, as mentioned above, it could be that they are using different details than the ones you have in your contact list.
