Not sure what the problem is, @AmyLau. Unless you have All-Day Sync and Always Connected enbabled in the app, there is no particular reason to exit out of it. I simply use the back button on the phone to close the app out of the active screen. It isn't using any significant battery (about 1%), and it isn't communicating with anybody (so it isn't using the mobile service), so what is the problem with it? Certainly not any kind of malware, since it is not collecting any information and reporting it to anyone.
