There are times that I don't have my Fitbit on my arm and I'd like to use my phone as a supported device on the app- I've seen it done in YouTube videos, but the option is not available when I try to connect my phone. help!

Welcome to the Forums @CiDC.

I'll be happy to help you understand what is going on.

While the Pixel 3 is a supported device, the MobileTrack feature is not available with that phone and thus it is not possible to set it up.

Having said that, you could manually log a walking activity to account for the time that you were not using the Fitbit.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello!!

Thanks for your response. Do you think this device will ever be supported?

Hello @CiDC.

At this moment we do not have any details of when we could expect that feature to be added to the Pixel 3 phone.

If possible, maybe you could post about it in the Feature Suggestions board. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show their support. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
