Welcome to the Forums @Roypp.

Let me help you figure out what is going on with the sleep tracking.

It is possible that it's related to the Fitbit itself. I'd like to ask you some questions:

  • What Fitbit are you using?
  • Do you sleep with a fan or an open window? A draft of air hitting the Fitbit could cause it to think that you are still awake.

In addition, it is possible that you are moving a lot during the first hours of sleep and thus the Fitbit thinks that you are awake. Let me know if this could be the reason.

Look forward to your reply.
