Even the connection codes come on the phone and on the the watch and still doesn't hook up something wrong with the watch can anyone help

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

@Emzy12726micapl in that case, I would refer you to this thread. There is a known issue with the Fitbit app and some Samsung phones. You can learn more about that there.
