I am trying to setup my daughter's Ace from her Amazon Fire 8 tablet and can get the app installed. However I do not have an option to create a family account from her tablet. Has anyone had issues with this? Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello @KendraJ! Welcome to the Forums.
I'd like to help you creating the family account.
You can follow the steps on this article in order to create the family account. Now, if you have already gone through them, could you let me know what are you seeing once you go into your account tab? Could you share some screen shots of what options you have?
Look forward to your reply.
Best AnswerI am having the same issue. The option to create family account is not there.
Hi @Awhitaker17 @KendraJ and @Lmtrez25. I assume you are using fire tablets and have loaded the fitbit app from the Amazon app store. If so, I think that is where the problem is. The app I can access on my fire is an old version that doesn't have the family option or female health tracking.
Fitbit usually say that the Amazon tablets are not a supported device and I doubt you could use it for things like the ionic or versa. Sorry to say that I don't know if you will be able to get your children set up this way.
Hopefully some bright spark out there can help you find a way around this.
