Trying to sort this out for my dad. It was a Father's Day present and I have tried multiple times to download this on his Samsung Galaxy S3 mini but it always fails and says error code 2! Please can someone help as I'm losing the will!
My fiancé and I both have iPhones and fitbits and have installed with no issue.

the S3 mini is unable to sync a Fitbit, it's not Bluetooth 4.0 low energy.

Ok thanks for that. I presumed it was something to do with his phone, he is overdue for an upgrade anyway!
