Fitbit not syncing with phone

I have a Samsung note 4 and the last 2 days my fitbit hr is not syncing with the phone. I have to turn phone off and restart for it to sync. There has to be another fix.

@Gailf Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Are you still experiencing the same issues? Make sure you have updated your phone (@MarreFitbit's post) and your tracker to their latest versions! Also, take a look at these steps to fix syncing issues (steps on @SunsetRunner's posts).

@Maryhill Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I recommend following these syncing troubleshooting steps for Android devices (follow @SunsetRunner's steps on that post). It should sync properly after doing that!
