Can't download clock face or Spotify

Anyone else having this issue? I can't download clock faces or Spotify for my charge 4. Each time I try it tells me make sure both the app and the Fitbit are upto date....which they are. Any ideas? I have a p20 pro Android device

My charge 4 just arrived in the mail. I did the update but I have the same problem. It shows me the same stuff as your screen shot. Using iPhone SE iOS most recent version. Real bummer.

Mine is working now. I had another update two days in a row and after the second one it worked fine. You should update it tomorrow and the following day and it should be good then 👍🏻

Same! Says I need to update. The phone and my Fitbit are both brand new!!

I have this same problem, can't seem to get either working, updating firmware issue... it won't update!

I am having the exact same issue and Fitbit can’t seem to advise anything that is helping
