Hi there @Gillkenari1309, good to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community! Indeed, the phone model you have mentioned is not compatible in our list of compatible devices, however it would not hurt to give it a try to the following suggestions: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
Note that if your tracker is already pair to your account, despite you change phones, is not require to go through the set up process again, as long you keep using the same Fitbit account.
However in order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing at the moment to pair back your tracker I suggest to try these steps:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Try setting up your device again.
- Turn your Fitbit device off and back on using the instructions here.
- Try setting up your device again.
- If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet (turn it off and then back on).
- Try setting up your device again.
- If you can't set up after the reboot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it turns out.
