I'm using an Android Galaxy s9 plus with Pie and while was able to link lfconnect to Fitbit, no information was transfered and either direction which meant I was forced to manually a limited amount of data.
When I called Fitbit customer support, I received no help at all. I was only told to revoke access and then relink which I did still with no result. The rep then decided that the problem must be with lfconnect because Fitbit's "servers were working properly." Has anyone found the solution to either of this problem?

Just as our Support team informed you, Fitbit servers are working properly so this situation may be caused on LFconnect's end.
