Zip not communicating

My zip has not synced with my fitbit app in a week. I uninstalled my zip from the app and now it will not recognize the zip whatsoever. I have tried the trick of taking the battery out to restart the zip but that does not either.

I just updated my app to version 3.6 and I have an android LG V20
