I just got a charge 2 had a HR before. I'm using a note 5 phone. Can not get noticications of call or text. The help told ne to look for Fitbit notification services and click ok. I can not find that at all. Please some one help me. Thanks

If you go into your account on your Fitbit dashboard and touch your fitbit charge the notifications optioms should come up. However, I have been trying to get my texts and calls to sync since last night and have had no luck. I have a note 5 also.

@mustanggirl @anniere73 It's nice to have you on board! Besides the settings on the app you will need to grant the app permission to access your information (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and youe privacy settings to show your notifications on the lock screen (settings > sound and notification) as your tracker will work with these settings. Finally you can restart your tracker by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.

After trying all of the above steps repeatedly, I realized that the tracker itself was not set to accept notifications. Once I accessed this by pressing the button on my fitbit until I got to the notifications on the tracker, it seemed to work.
