Can someone tell me why I can't get up how many steps I walk? I don't have any fitbit device. But my boyfriend uses the app, and don't have a device and his steps comes up. It say that his phone is his device.
Hi has a HTC one and I got a Samsung Galaxy S6

Thanks for stopping by! Cat WinkI think your boyfriend is using the MobileTrack feature which lets you use the Fitbit app without a Fitbit tracker by using your phone's sensors to track basic activity data including steps, distance, and calories burned. To get started make sure you have downloaded the Fitbit app from the Google Play Store and tap "Join Fitbit". When asked which tracker you're setting up, choose "No Fitbit Yet?" and follow the MobileTrack instructions. For more information about how the MobileTrack feature works please go here.
