Can't get through the setup process

The process stops at telling me about taking care of my fit bit. There is no next screen. No nothing. Can't set up.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Poopooplater! First of all, you should make sure that your mobile device is listed here. If it isn't you can try setting it up using a PC or any other device that is listed there.
