Tracker not found

Almost daily I have to restart my phone because it says "tracker not found". As soon as I restart my phone it works perfectly fine but having to restart my phone almost daily just to have my information sync onto the app is pretty frustrating. What gives?!

It's really weird the fact you continuously have to restart your phone in order to get your tracker syncing with the app. Make sure that your mobile device is running the latest version of the Fitbit app. Also, verify that there's no other Bluetooth device around that may create interference during this process. Take a look to this article that may bring the answer to your query. This troubleshoot should do the trick. Setting up your tracker as a new device can also help to bring it back to sync smoothly with the app again.
