Can't log food? Add just goes into 'please wait' mode...

Hi all. I'm unable to log food, as if I select an existing item, it just pops up the loading bar and hangs there. If I search for new food, it never seems to find it? Anyone else had this?

That sounds very frustrating.

 

I'd like to ask you some questions so that we can find out what is going on:

  • What mobile device are you using? Also, what Android version is it running?
  • When did this start happening? 

In the meantime I'd recommend that you try to log out of the account and then log back in to check if it does work.

I'm having this issue as well.  Samsung S9.  Android 8.0

 

This just started occurring for me on 9/19/2018. 

 

Logout/log in did not resolve issue.

Hi, did this just start after the last update?  If it did I sometimes find turning my phone off for a couple of minutes before restarting seems to let it sort itself out.
