I want to exchange my coins for cash but it keeps telling me tokens prepared failed to check my network settings. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone and still nothing. There is nowhere on the app for me to log in to my account. I had made a account and I actually exchanged my tokens like once before. I don't want to lose my coins but I have no way to log into my account. Please help
