Hello, 

I am new to fitbit. Got my versa 4 delivered today. Downloaded the Fitbit App, but unable to login using my google email Id. I am using samsung M3, Android version 11. I have tried all tips from the internet but still not able to login. can someone please guide?

Sad you're having issues with your new Fitbit device. Please see if you can log in to the Fitbit dashboard to check if your account credentials are OK:

@Richa-versa4 I see you are able to log into your fitbit account through the web. 

If you created the account this week, you must use the option to log in through your Google Account. Do not type your Google email and password directly into the fitbit app. 

However, checking your Fitbit Profile, it says you created your account 124 years ago in December of 1899. This might be because you created an account through your Google account.
