Hi there!
I forgot to start my workout, so I wanted to add it afterwards.
I tapped the "+" next to the exercise symbol in the app, then "log previous", filled in the page, but the workout type disappears after entering and when I try to confirm "please enter an activity type" shows up...
Anyone a solution?
Best AnswerHello!
No list pops up when I type or tap the box...
Creating a new event doesn't work either 😞
Thanks for responding
Best AnswerStill am not sure what type of phone your using. We are discussing a Fitbit app problem in the Charge 4 hardware support

Welcome to the community, @YMORII and @Rich_Laue, thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this activity issue and the screenshots. I have passed this info to our team, once I have more information about it, I will be glad to let you know.
In the meantime, let me know if you need anything else.
Best AnswerHi guys,
I am having exactly the same experience. When I first got the app it worked fine and I could log anything I typed in. Now I only comes up with choices I've used recently, and as soon as I type a letter into the search bar I get blank. Even 'Swim' that is in my options before typing, doesn't appear when I type 'S'..
Super frustrating and it sucks not to be able to log or edit things retrospectively.
P.s. I'm on a Samsung s7
Hope it is fixed soon.
Best AnswerHello Alejandra,
do you have any news about the problem described by YMORII and others? I have the same problem, using Samsung S8.
Thank you,
Rudy
Best AnswerHello Rudy,
If you log in on the desktop version, you can add activities (www.fitbit.com/activities) at the bottom of the page. That's the only way I figured out so far.
Hope this will help,
Romy
