Can't login to Fitbit App

My challenges were not syncing, so I tried logging out of the app, and reinstalling it. Now I can't login it says my email and password are wrong but I've reset it and I'm definitely not putting it in wrong, I managed to log in here. Also why are my steps updatingon the main screen but not in the challenges?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Roxanne17, how you doing? Have you tried to access through a computer? Did it let you? 

 

If so, please try to switch your cell data to Wi-Fi or viceversa to see if this does the trick!
