I can't login to the fitbit mobile app. I created a new account, and it hangs up after entering my email and password. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, & restarted my phone, which is updated to Android 10. I've contacted support, with no help provided. This is so frustrating!

@SusanInAlabama Thanks for reaching out about logging into the Fitbit app.
I appreciate the explanation and your initiative to solve this on your own. Have you tried using another internet connection? In case you are using the mobile data, try using your Wi-Fi network and viceversa. I just tried logging out and then back in and it was working. Sometimes the servers are under maintenance and you just have to try again later on the day.
