Can't open the Fitbit App

I cannot open my Fitbit app. I deleted and added it back and it is the same. Call customer service and they said they were aware of the problem but gave me no solution or timeline!!

@June1950   Many other Android users are posting with the same problem.  Fitbit never gives a timeline for a fix.  Just be patient.

Just saw new uodate in google play. Downloaded it and now able to get back into fitbit app. 😊

Please make sure to have the latest Fitbit app version:  4.62.1 that is slowly being released and available on the Play Store.
