Hi on my app I can't read by Fitbit messages that I have sent or been sent any idea

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post, thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please send me a screenshot of the inconvenience you're currently experiencing with the Fitbit app messages? Also, which Android mobile device you're currently using? In the meantime I receive your answers, please make sure that you're using a compatible mobile device.
