Same with me. Fitbit, stop replying as if it's probably the user's fault (getting the user to check their software, getting the user to contact support). It's your app. Please fix the app.
Best AnswerI also cannot respond to messages, yesterday I restarted my ph to see if that would help and I managed to respond once, then it stopped working again. I restarted my ph again and nothing happened. This is really annoying.
