Can't see Fitbit app messages

Fitbit not allowing me to see the messsmes sent through the app not my phone messages not on my fitFit but the actual app

I'll be glad to give you a hand with your messages. Can you please provide more details about what messages you want to see in the Fitbit app? What type of phone are you using? If you can send an screen shot of what you can see on the app, it would be great. You can check how to add an images with these steps.

I received a message from one of the friends got a notification about but
when I went to messages the message was gone

Thanks for the clarification. So you're not able to see messages sent nor received, right? I'd like to have more details about where you're looking at this. Do you have the new version of the Fitbit app? If you can share an screenshot of your messages, it'd be great.

I'm having same problem, I have a versa lite and using Samsung Galaxy s8 so annoying as keeps saying I have 2 messages but not showing anything in app

I have the new version and the icon in the top right shows I have 2 messages but when I click on the icon to display the messages there is nothing there at all?

Hi yeah i have the same but was also like this on the old version of the app as well, no one has advised how to fix
