Can't see my Cardio Fitness details on the Android App

In the fitbit app, when I click on "Heart rate" and then scroll to "Cardio Fitness", as soon as I click on the arroe on the top left to expand the detail, I get this error. It worked fine a few days ago and suddenly I'm getting this error and can't seem to access the additional information.

 

I wear the Inspire 2 (all days for about a month now) and have the Fitbit app on a Android phone. No other issues except this.

 

Appreciate if someone can recommend a solve. I searched the forum and didn't see a solution but did find others with a similar issue.

Hello @Yoda-dash, welcome to the community forums! Thank you for the information! 

 

It's odd that you can't see your Cardio Fitness details. To work on this together, I recommend performing the following: 

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Try accessing your Cardio Fitness Score and details one more time.

If that doesn't work, please share with me the model of the mobile device you have and the version of the operating system.
