Hello, last Saturday and today I couldn't see my sleep tracking and I don't know why because the other days I got the details of my sleep alright.

Can anyone tell me what to do because I bought my Fitbit especially for this sleep function?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Hello @Moushke, good to see you again. I wonder how it goes so far? Is the issue still persisting on a daily basis? Perhaps it was a delay to compile your sleep information, to make sure if this is the source of the issue please review your online-Dashboard on your sleep section to see if the sleep entry is display there.

If the issue persists and the sleep logs are still missing you can try to restart your tracker to address the issue that your tracker is not recording your sleep. I saw on your community profile you have a Charge 2. So the following post will guide you through.

You can change also the sensitivity of your tracker. But this is only if the sleep is not being recorded.

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon
  2. Tap or click Advanced Settings > Sleep Sensitivity.

  • The normal setting counts significant movements as being awake (such as rolling over) and is appropriate for most users.
  • The sensitive setting will cause your tracker to record nearly all movements as time spent restless or awake. This setting may be helpful for users who wake up feeling tired even though their sleep history shows sufficient rest.

Keep me posted how it goes, I'll be around.
