Welcome to the forums @dafty28! This sounds a bit odd, do you see this percentage on your Charge's display screen and your steps tile on your computer/app?
Or is the percentage number you're seeing is showing on your Challenges page? The Daily Showdown challenge will show a percentage based from your regular step goal.
Are you seeing this percentage somewhere else? Please reply with a screenshot and we'll take it from there.

The way these stats are displayed will depend on the challenge you choose. If you choose the "Daily goal challenge" it will only show you, your current step goal percentage. But if you choose anything besides that challenge it will show you the steps you have taken during the weekend or week.
