Why is Fitbit not letting me send messages to anyone? Like for everyone it says "conversation has ended"
I haven't done anything wrong so please help me

If the app is showing "Conversation has ended" it means that the other person has removed you from your friends and this is why you're unable to send messages.
If this is happening with all your friends, please confirm that you have the latest app version installed. Also, try the following troubleshooting:
- Log out from the app
- Force quit it > Clear cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in

Hi Sylvia, I tried all of this just now, there was an update to the app so updated. Then forced quit, cl3wred such and storage and logged back in. Still can't send messages to anyone on the Fitbit app. Please can you help me?
