Why can't I send messages to friends on fitbit app? I'm recieving them but can't reply. Send button does not work.  Tried logging out and back in. Still not working. How do I fix this issue?

I am having the same problem with my Versa 2.. I am getting all my messages and whe. I click the microphone to reply it send me back to the microphone to select my language. It was working fine but now it is not.  Any solution?!?!
