Can't set a new weight goal due to badge

In the Fitbit app and also online - I'm trying to enter my starting weight and my goal. 

I bought my first Fitbit back in January of 17 and entered my weight and a small goal then. Fast forward to today (8/29/18), when I go back into the app and set my start day of 1/2/17 and my starting weight and my goal, then go back to the main page of the app, then click on the weight, it's showing me a badge to share. I share the badge, go back and the badge is still there. Because I can't get past sharing this badge, I can't enter more of a weight loss.

Welcome to the Forums @Marcia032802.

 

Thanks for sharing that picture and bringing this up.

 

I'd like to recommend that you try to log out and then back into your account. That should force the app to connect to the servers again and reload all information. That might help in getting the badge removed from there.
