Hi
I've fit bit charge3, when I want to setup my device the app dosen't work. For the other products such as charge 2 app is working but for charge3 doesn't. Please advise me

@Eyounesian Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that you can't setup your Charge 3. Are you getting an error message? Could you please share some screenshots? Do you have the app up to date?

When they ask u which fit bit u want to set up I click on charge 3, so then it shows me a picture if it. Then at the bottom u click set up. When u click it brings you back to the previous page. So u just keep going back and forth .

Hi @Genova18 I think that you need to update your app. That version may be too old to support the charge 3
Are you by any chance trying to use this with a kindle?
