Can't sync my fitbit HR to my Samsung Galaxy S7

Bought a new phone back in May and it was syncing fine. All of a sudden it started giving me syncing problems here and there, so I would restart my phone and then it would work. Then one day it just stop syncing all together. Please help me because I would like for it to all sync up again. Thank you.

A warm welcome to the Forums @Lee30. The reason why your tracker is not connecting with your phone is because Samsung Galaxy S7 is not a compatible phone yet, our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of it. Yes, I know that it was syncing before but since it is compatible, we don't guarantee it will work 100%. I recommend checking our list of compatible mobile devices for any update and remember that you can also syn your tracker with a computer or a compatible device.
