The reason why your tracker is not connecting with your phone is because Samsung Galaxy S7 is not a compatible phone yet, our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of it. Yes, I know that it was syncing before but since it is compatible, we don't guarantee it will work 100%. I recommend checking our list of compatible mobile devices for any update and remember that you can also syn your tracker with a computer or a compatible device.
