Can't sync to change time

Did hubby's and sons they have apple no problem I have Samsung have rebooted hr at least 20 times restarted phone at least 10 times phone time is correct but can't sync

It's great to see you around @burguns29. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After this, your time should correct itself automatically.
