Can't sync with Samsung Galaxy Tab E

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Tracker is working and tracking on my wrist, however, I can't get it to sync with my new tablet. I downloaded the app and all my previous tracking is there but I can't sync for current tracking. Anyone else have problems like this and know how to fix it?

Hello @MDC0321, good to see you have joined to our Fitbit Community. I was looking on our compatible device list that the model of your table is not listed as supported. While many Android devices are built under the same core specifications, not all devices are able to be accessed by apps like the Fitbit App. or in some occasion it may work but we cannot guarantee it will work flawlessly.

If you are experiencing issues at the moment to sync, it wont hurt to try the following recommendations for Android devices: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

As an additional note, our teams are constantly testing mobile devices to make sure the Fitbit app works on a wider option of Android phones and tablets. if your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.

Thank you for your patience, see you around.

Hello @Lvolin56, good to see you around and thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response.

To answer your question, nothing has changed. The difference here is the app is not optimized to work with the device in questions, so this type of issues are prone to suddenly happen with app updates or other external factors.

For more details please refer to our help article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

See you until the next opportunity.
